2. Bookings
Bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be provided once your appointment is secured.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are agreed upon before the service begins

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

• Deposits may be required for larger jobs

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6. Liability

• Wear and tear

• Items not properly secured or disclosed

7. Damages & Claims
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess and resolve issues fairly.
