Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
Supplies & Equipment:
Our team arrives with necessary cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will aim to resolve the issue.
Limitations:
We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, mold, or damage caused by neglect or wear.

Includes packing (if requested), loading, transportation, and unloading.
Packing Responsibility:
Customers must ensure items are packed unless packing services are booked.
Fragile Items:
Must be clearly labeled. We are not liable for damage to items not properly packed or disclosed as fragile.

Heavy or Special Items:
