Viret Cleaning and Moving – Moving Service Cancellation Policy
We understand that moving plans can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, we ask that you follow the cancellation terms below:
• 48-Hour Notice:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before your scheduled moving date will not incur any charges.
• Late Cancellations (24–48 Hours):
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.
• Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the move, or failure to be present at the scheduled time, may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service cost.
• Deposits:
Any deposits paid to secure your moving date may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
• Access & Readiness:
Please ensure that all items are packed (unless packing services are booked) and that access to the property is available at the agreed time. Delays or lack of access may result in additional charges.
• Rescheduling:
We are happy to reschedule your move with at least 48 hours’ notice at no extra cost (subject to availability).
• Unforeseen Circumstances:
We understand emergencies can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation fairly.
