Cancellation Policy
Viret Cleaning and Moving – Cancellation Policy
At Viret Cleaning and Moving, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our customers and our team, we kindly ask that you follow the policy below:
1. Notice Period
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided before the scheduled service time.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
3. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Show
If you cancel on the same day or are unavailable at the time of service (no-show), you may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
4. Access to Property
Please ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to gain entry, it may be treated as a no-show.
5. Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
6. Company Cancellations
In rare circumstances, Viret Cleaning and Moving may need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, emergencies). We will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.
7. Refunds
Any eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
